Seminar: Principles in reconstructing the Old City, process in achieving appropriate architecture, maintaining the scale and identity of the city, building housing and gardens above parking, bringing residents back into the city center, reasons for the creation of the pedestrian zone, reopening waterways through the city, paving the “carpet” of the city.
