Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, a participant may a) transfer registration fee to any of three immediately subsequent Conferences; b) transfer registration to another member of the participant’s organization (city, department, firm, etc.); or c) a refund minus $85 processing fee can be issued. A refund cannot be issued if cancellation is made less than six weeks before the Conference. Paper Presenters and Exhibitors whose proposals were reviewed and accepted may ask for the registration fee to be transferred to the next conference, but must resubmit Paper or Exhibit proposal. A refund can only be made in the case of illness or family emergency. This policy was adopted by the IMCL Board to decrease the burden on the Program Committee from unrealistic submissions.

“No one has studied the European square more thoughtfully and thoroughly than Suzanne and Henry Lennard.”
