Tickets will be issued for those purchasing meals. There is no guarantee that tickets for the lunch or dinner will be availalble for purchase at the conference.
On Monday and Friday afternoons, there will be Mobile Workshops in and around Ottawa. Details to be announced.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, a participant may a) transfer registration fee to any of three immediately subsequent Conferences; b) transfer registration to another member of the participant’s organization (city, department, firm, etc.); or c) a refund minus US $85 processing fee can be issued. A refund cannot be issued if cancellation is made less than six weeks before the Conference. Paper Presenters and Exhibitors whose proposals were reviewed and accepted may ask for the registration fee to be transferred to the next conference, but must resubmit Paper or Exhibit proposal. A refund to a Paper Presenter or Design Competition participant can only be made in the case of illness or family emergency. This policy was adopted by the IMCL Board to decrease the burden on the Program Committee from unrealistic submissions.
